Explain why the AANA study is crap and about the ethical and practical limitations of conducting a good study.

Explain that the billing is the same so the money saving is BS. There was an article in the newsletter a year or so ago that discussed the illegitimacy of this cost savings claims and had facts/figures to back it up.
