I don't see a problem as long as you get done with the material. Though maybe it would be best to do it in order. If you think the material is high yield, wouldn't it be good to place it closer to your test date? Then again, you could also see it as more time with the high yield material. Go with whatever works for you.
Well book 1 is mainly physiology if I'm not mistaken. If that is the case then you can go ahead and do book 2 because the molecular biology and genetics stuff doesn't really build on or require you to know much if any physiology.
