Telemedicine companies worth working for?

I am looking to moonlight in the evenings after my regular 9-5 job as a telemedicine provider. Can anyone share their experience with working with telemedicine companies and what to look for in terms of payment, hours etc.,?

I know about teladoc. You can sign on whenever you want or choose the scheduled route. Phone is 23 , video is 28 per consult. Not alot but depending on speed can see 4-6 per hour.
