Temple Outstanding Achievement Scholarship

Temple's website states that this scholarship is available to those with BCP GPA of 3.5+ . Is this just to qualify or does everyone with GPA 3.5+ get some money? Is there a minimum amount those who qualify receive?

it seemed like at the interview, if you qualified, anyone could get the scholarship if you tried/asked for it...it was one or two thousand i believe
