If it's required of them to consider your application complete, I would do it now.

I think being able to explain logic for both sides of the argument and then picking a side and backing it up helped me score in the 4th quartile. But basically just trying to see why both sides have some type of argument might help in doing well.

I submitted the first week of June when aadsas opened and received the secondary fee July 1st with a technical issue but was fixed July 12. Give it a few weeks before you follow up.

Like someone else said previously, just trying to justify your answer as best as you can, and maintain a neutral position in cases where possible. Don't stress it too much!

Hi, I had mine earlier this week and I also got the invitation email to schedule for the following week! I think that was the case for a lot of other interviewees too. I was also nervous but I would say my best advice is just try to be yourself! :-D You will do just fine, don't stress out too much and good luck!

When I got an interview invite when I was applying, I had about a week's notice to prepare for it, so the good news is it's not unusual and totally doable! It's about a 10-15 minute interview, I'd say, nothing crazy. I remember also being nervous about not having loads of time to prepare for it, but it turned out well! Best of luck 🙂
