I don't know you, but just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you. Not overly religious stuff, but just that I really hope that you get it. You seem like a good person with a good heart. I read the posts from page 1, hoping I would see that you had been accepted.

i just called them today to let them know im still interested.. i haven't been doing that because for some dumb reason, i thought they would get irritated if i called every week... hopefully that will count for something.. for everyone who got accepted off the waitlist, did you guys call regularly? did anyone who got accepted this recent cycle reject their offer???

ahhh up until now i was almost accepting my hopelessness, but now im offered a glimmer of hope and i go all OCD.. lol

i got the acceptance email wednesday night! pretty wild though, because a few hours earlier i got an acceptance call from northwestern! pretty good day. i'm going to chicago! good luck to the rest of you, hope you get my spot!

I got the acceptance email on Friday. Happy to get it but I knew it was going to happen (my interviewer had told me!!!)

Well, it seems like with Lemur, BlinkyCat and Guju dropping their spots, as well as some people who don't post on SDN but that also must have been given spots only to withdraw, that there's still hope for us!!! Hopefully those of us left here can sweep up those spots!! Gosh I hope so! 🙂

hey peace84, if you're still out there - I read on another post about waitlists, you wrote that from what you heard, Temple's waitlist has 3 tiers, 1 with about75, 2 with about 100, and the last one, with very little chance of getting in, the rest....

where did you hear that? are you positive about this?
i'm beginning to get scared i'm on tier 3 🙁

i heard this from my college academic advisor. she had a book with info. about all the schools and how the waitlists work. however, when i called temple they said that their waitlist in unranked. so i'm not really sure which is true. anyway, good luck....there's still a month left and i'm sure the waitlist will continue to move.

nada.. it seems the waitlist moves every two and a half weeks so I'm guessing the next movement will come around July 10th.. pure speculation though..

It seems like they gave out their last offers around 6/22, 6/23, and on this thread alone several people said they'd be declining - accounting for the holiday in between, it's now 7/11 - i would assume some of those seats that opened may be filled soon...anyone hear anything? ook - good luck guys - ttyl 🙂

haven't heard anything yet.. i'm going to hold off on sending out my secondaries till the end of this week.. hopefully i'll get lucky.. COME OOOON TEMPLE!!!
