I was wondering what energy foods people use for the MCAT? I've been trying different foods but they don't give me the fulfilling energy I need for a section and by the last section I'm mentally tired.
I tried eating a piece of chocolate before the last section for a boost but it's either a hit or miss or by the end of the last section I'm super tired.
I also try to eat a fiber one bar (1/2 per break) but they're just so delicious that sometimes I eat too much of it!
I was just wondering what other people eat?
