The information that I have received time and again from several financial aid reps is, that unless you are interested in a special loan program that the government requires your parents tax info. for (i.e. primary care specialty scholarships/loans and disadvantaged background sholarships loans) then you do not need to inculde the parents info. Especially if you file your taxes independent of your parents...meaning they do not claim you as a dependent.
So short of wanting a program like that...it will not hurt you to fill of the FAFSA without your parental info.
Of course if you feel you have a unique situation you should contact the financial aid office of the school.
