It's been 3 weeks, guys. That means 1 to go. Are we predicting May 15th or 18th? The 15th is closer to 4 weeks, but the 18th is 30 days.

Also, I'm pretty sure there were significantly lower number of test takers that day comparing to more popular days ( spring break or after finals), why would AMCAS still take 30 days to get our scores back to us?

i'll go ahead and be the pessimist that believes 1) the aamc release date posted, and 2) that they couldn't possibly release scores early 3 times in a row?!

I had a dream last night that scores were available today. About one week left. It should not be too bad since I have finals to study for and take.

There were 3 of us in the Nashville testing center. Three! Three taking the MCAT. There was 1 GRE person and 16 empty seats. So I definitely agree with you. I wish that would factor into the time it took...

This was my second time taking it, first was July 2008. This time the waiting is much easier, surprisingly. I think it's because I was more prepared this time and feel better about how I did then when I came out of it the first time. Last time the waiting just made me more afraid by the day! But now I just want to know my score and feel as though I did my best, whatever I end up getting.

It's not fun ... however, the waiting tended to get a little easier each time. By the third time it was do or die and I had no energy to care during the waiting period. I was relieved for the month of no studying. Ha.

as far as predictions, i have absolutely no idea what i got. it seriously could have gone either way.

do we think it will for sure be monday? i've noticed that they are usually posted a day early... do you think there is a chance we could find out friday?

All I have to say is this...thank god for Lost. Catching up on it makes this whole thing go by easier.

We should actually consider ourselves lucky with a 30 day wait. Before the computerized version was offered in 2007 it took 60 days to grade and release the scores! Can you imagine waiting another 30 days from now!?

You can say that again. I check like fifty times a day. I just want to know already!

As far as a prediction, it changes everyday. When I first started studying, I was hoping to get a 30. Then after finishing my review class, I wanted a 35. On test day I thought I could have pulled it off. Now I'm thinking I'll be happy with a 33. By Monday I'll probably be back to happy with a 30. 🙁

Thanks for your words. Also, I can't imagine taking that test with hundreds of people and only have such a limited number of test dates (only two per year). Thank God for CBT and numerous test days. I think I can calm down and wait a few more days.

Anyone get a scary email from Princeton review today regarding private tutoring for retakers? I released my data to prep companies and I hope they don't have access to scores a few days before us 🙁

At a lot of schools this test date was only 2 weeks before finals. And if you were taking science courses that had a test one week before the final (like mine usually do), it becomes a big gamble to test on a date like ours.

Either way, my test center was still packed. But I have heard from others that they only had 2 or 3 people testing with them.

Yeah, I only had one guy testing with me. At my school this date was one week after spring break. Not sure why there weren't more.

I dont think it was a really popular test date - I only had one other person at my center too, and the two other people I knew scheduled for this date both moved their date back because of finals

Yeah, it was a little weird. It makes me think there are fewer pre-meds at my school than I thought, especially since the place was full of people taking the GRE.
