My friend is young (23 years old) and he had his tibia and fibula in the right leg fractured.

They put a cast there, but they could align it only 80%. do you think it was their incompetence that they couldn't align it 100% when it was a simple fracture?

Moreover, the cast did not help in the end and then he was told to get a surgery done.

do you think it was because the cast was not performed properly?

Or do you think it is because my friend would have put pressure on it?

It is likely that he put pressure on his right leg in the first few days in order to take off his underwear etc. for defecating because he was embarrassed to let others do it.

What do you think?

Here's what I think:

1) You don't possess the vocabulary to accurately describe either the injury or the treatment, meaning you're probably not associated with medicine at all.

2) You're fishing for a reason to blame your "friend's" doctors for his outcome.

3) You're asking questions in an inappropriate place. Read the TOS.

Good luck to you and your "friend".
