I get the same error. I had assumed it was because my app isn't verified yet, but apparently that is not the case.

yeah... it started happening yesterday to me for the first time and I got the verification email this morning, but no change. I emailed them and will tell you what they say

So I just wanted to post this in case anyone else has a similar issue. Two out of three of my transcripts are received, however, one was still being listed as not receive it and since I had mailed this on May 6 I felt it was taking too long. It was sent through an electronic system so I went back and looked at the receipt and they had the wrong address for AACOMAS listed, which would explain why after 14 days the transcript so hasn't been received. I had to call both the transcript service and my university today to get the problem solved and they will now be re-sending a copy of my transcript to the correct address. The address change is new this year so I believe that many of these electronic systems may not have updated their address for AACOMAS, and thus they could be sending these transcripts to the wrong address. I would've been verified probably over a week ago if it weren't for this error and I hope it doesn't have a significant impact on my chance of getting in.

fyi guys, got the notification that 3/4 transcripts were received in my application. I didn't revive any emails about it though..maybe because I haven't submitted yet..I was waiting on the transcripts, but I guess you have to submit before you can see them under "manage my programs"..o silly vague aacomas directions..

I did NOT submit yet. I thought we had to wait for our transcripts to e-submit, but evidently you don't.
I am assuming once I submit, I will be able to see the transcripts under "manage my programs"

Just wanted others know about the MCAT scores. Even though it says its complete (if you send your scores via AAMC) , AACOMAS should be getting the MCAT scores in June. Here is a copy of the email response I got when I asked if they had received my MCAT scores (since I sent them around first week of May).

Hey guys!

Just wanted to make sure I am on schedule. So I went with the whole..apply to a school you don't plan on matriculating to in order to get my app in the verification process. When I check under program status..and go to that school..it reads..Received: Green Material Received: Green Verifying: Yellow AACOMAS shows that one of my letters, along with my transcript has been received..but have yet to be verified. By applying to a "throw away" school...is that why AACOMAS starts to verify your transcript? If so, do we receive an email stating they are in the process of doing so? Or should we assume since we paid a fee...and submitted our app to a school..that the verification process officially commences? Sorry for the billion questions...just wanted to make sure I am on schedule.
