Hey so I know a lot of us were posting on June MCAT'ers unite, but I want to get to know the progress of all of us 6/21'ers in particular. Let's do it.
Heyall, can some one explain why this question is wrong ? Like I get that both are primary amines but arnt they both aromatic too?
I used melatonin in order to get on a good sleep pattern. It worked well.woke up at 10:30 -.-... thats it im going to wake up at 6 tomorow no matter what. Would anyone recommend melatonin?
GS 8: 9/9/10. PS was just ridiculous...
Yeah I get you. It just wasn't my test. GS 8-10 just as a whole were really hard
How did you do on AAMC 10?
wow, how were you faring on GS tests?
Thats good med candidate.. aamc 8 had one of the hardest PS sections
12/10/13
Heplayer,
I noticed you do better on Non R tests. Maybe because you get fatigued by R tests?. I think you'll be way more focused on test day and get scores more similar to those CBTs.
never purchased GS. I figured I wouldn't have time. Just been working on my weaknesses based off of the aamc score reports. Now if only I could hit that on BS, would be a dream...med candidate what were your GS averages?
woo snagged a 40 (13, 14, 13) on kaplan 10 and 41 (14, 12, 15) on kaplan 4 this weekend. don't really have any justification for feeling worried after this (albeit kaplan inflation) but I think it's just seeing people on the recent mcat threads have high averages and then score well below that still makes me extremely anxious for saturday. seriously just want to get this over with because i cant use a practice test score on my amcas haha.
question: does everyone start at the same time at the prometric center, or do you go by your own time? does everyone have their breaks at different times based on when they started, etc
....or catchmoresun did you mean is it uniform among the testing center? It isn't when I did it last. Whoever got there first did their testing first, took their own breaks and left first.
what are you getting on the aamcs?
nice! yep i feel you... i'm hoping to catch the up swing of my scores on saturday 🙂haha yes this is what I meant
i posted it a bit earlier, but this is my score breakdown as of today (taking aamc 11 tomorrow probably)
kaplan 1 - 37 (14, 11, 12)
kaplan 2 - 41 (14, 13, 14)
kaplan 3 - 37 (14, 10, 13)
kaplan 4 - 41 (14, 12, 15)
kaplan 10 - 40 (14, 12, 15) i took #10 out of the blue because people said it was crazy difficult but they scale it crazy well
average: 39.2
aamc 3 - 32 (11, 9, 12) before studying
aamc 4 - 40 (14, 13, 13)
aamc 5 - 35 (13,10,12)
aamc 7 - 40 (15, 13, 12)
aamc 8 - 38 (14, 10, 14)
aamc 9 - 39 (15, 12, 12)
aamc 10 - 36 (14, 10 , 12)
average: 38 disregarding aamc 3
extremely happy but like i said i cant submit a single one of these scores for amcas (I WISH), saturday is all that matters
Took AAMC 10: 31 12/10/9. Kind of peeved about Bs since I missed 5 from stupid mistakes/reading too quickly. But I will learn from the BS section mistakes, and if there is one thing that I learned from this test is to read the questions a bit more slowly 🙂
lol dudewheresmymd there was construction and jackhammers during my BS section, it kinda messed me up.
That 9 isn't representative of my abilities, but I will sure as hell learn from it
Will take AAMC 11 Wednesday and let you know dcnetsfan77
just took it this morning. I thought PS was similar to the rest, verbal was decent but bio was rough (that ebola passage....lol). did well though, 39 (14, 12, 13)howd you guys feel about AAMC 11? sheeeeesh that physical sciences was rough...the rest seemed fair but time was not on my side...ended up with a 30 tho! not bad...
