Its manageable but it's good to go into it with a plan. If you take out the full amount and want to pay it off in 10 years after graduation, you're looking at monthly payments around $5-6k/month. Military, nhsc, or ihs are the best way to go in my opinion to avoid the debt but they all come with service requirements after graduation. Other options would be public health which can offer state loan repayment opportunities, S2S program, or PSLF (although many here do not encourage this route). I have several classmates who are now in private practice who are managing just fine with this debt load. Its doable, but planning is key
