Posted this to the 2022 class cuz one of you guys asked the same thing there.
Usually super laid back, they have two 1-on-1 interviews with you and a faculty member (usually an instructor). They're usually pretty relaxing interviews where they just try to get to know you and see if there are any red flags from you. Just be confident, tell the truth and be yourself. I had 1 interview where the faculty didnt look at my info at all as they wanted to just get to know me and my desires before actually going over my application, and had another interview where the person basically had my application memorized to the letter and asked questions about my research, why i wanted to be in dentistry, and why this school etc (usual stuff you'd expect). So know your application well, be prepared to talk about anything positive and negative about it and be yourself.
The day is simple, they give you a small breakdown of info about the school, have you fill out a small hand-written hypothetical situation (likely to check if your writing styles match or for fun or something, mine was interesting and fun) Then you do a tour of the facility, They usually let you sit in and or observe in a procedure in the clinic or sit in on a lecture for a 1st or 2nd year class. You then have lunch with an upperclassman and they give you guys like 20 bucks to eat (i suggest the fried chicken sandwich at elephants or the black bean burger for vegetarians). Then you do the 2 interviews. Thats the day usually, or at least something similarly formatted depending on the schedule (maybe interviews earlier etc)
Hope that helps
Here's a link to the SDN page for the OHSU SOD. It has an interview questions section which if you havent ever looked at can be useful since they're pretty standard questions and can help prepare you to feel comfortable about them if you're really that nervous
