I think that's because when I went to admit day they said only 3 spots were left for class of 2020.

So basically class is full, and there is no meaning of waiting at this point?? :/

Nevermind, I just called the admissions office today and the lady over the phone told me class of 2020 is currently full (kind of expected at this point of cycle), although you can still reapply while remaining on waitlist.

you never know. someone in my class got accepted off the waitlist on the first day of orientation.
