I don't know this theme. I'm reading wikipedia, and so far I've found out that: Nadine is one of the main characters. Nadine has a connection to Flagg so the PMing to Flagg makes sense. Leo sounds kind of violent but was apparently a villager (Mike's role) and associated with Nadine so that PMing makes sense. The wikipedia makes it sound like Nadine works with Flagg for part of the book, so I'm not sure about vetashley's role being for-sure villager or not.

I'll leave my vote where it is, because I think vetashley could either be a wolf or someone who is likely to convert to being a wolf.
 
"You have disappointed me, DVMDream." DVMD jumped and turned around. The Dark Man was standing in her living room.
"How did you get in here?" He waved off the question and chuckled.
"You know, I really liked you. We could have had something. But you should have been more careful with who you trusted. I know who you are."
"It doesn't matter. I already told someone everything I know."
"You know less than you think. Goodbye DVMD."
Flagg was across the room before DVMD could react. He took her by the throat and slammed her into a wall. DVMD felt the full force of his wrath course through her body. He tossed her around her own home until she was beaten and bloodied beyond recognition, and left her to die.

Dead is DVMD, whose identity awaits confirmation by the coroner.

Good news though. ResoluteMike's autopsy is complete, and a full coroner's report should be available later today.

It is now Day 6. Deadline is tentatively 6pm EST.

There are 23 players in the game. Please note group movement.

Dyachei is correct about my role, I have one of those lovely sketch roles that have become all the rage in the last year from mods trying to play with villager minds. (It's getting about as old as all of the chaos, neutral, and whatever other roles.)

Anyway, the write-up speaks for itself about who silenced me. D*ckweed.

Are we not going to discuss the writeup that very plainly says someone DVmd trusted revealed her role? Dyachei or devyn come to mind....

It seems we only revolve around the same couple of suspects ( myself included).... This game seems very tight with info which as usual is benefitting the wolves.

I very much doubt Dyachei was at fault, and she very much trusts Devyn.

I knew DVMD's role name, but not her ability. I didn't tell anyone her role name (including Dyachei).

That leaves Ksmi as an option, or DVMD talking to someone outside the group somehow.
 
Dyachei was correct about LIS being a wolf. I'm not sure if he was converted, but he is definitely a wolf. He has a lynch avoidance...not sure if it was used up with the tie or if that was a tie mechanism the mods came up with, but there is no doubt he is a wolf.

Not a wolf. Just someone with a very, very sketchy role. Namely, Flagg's right-hand man. But if you note in the story, the right-hand man turns on Flagg......

Either you are lying, the person that said vetash can PM with Flagg is lying, or cocoa is Flagg.

I'm not lying. I dunno about the latter two options. But I still find it weird that Vetash could PM with Flagg when I couldn't. That said, I don't know the story/book/whatever; maybe there's a regional reason (like her character is closer to him) or a character reason (like being his 'right hand man' isn't really as close to him as the role sounded to me).

Believe me, I groaned when I read my role at the beginning of the game. I'm tired of sketch roles that are obviously and purely designed just to get villagers to lynch villagers. It's getting dumb.

Because my sources know who can PM with which players.

The only person vetash can PM with that LIS cannot is cocoa.

I have received another message. This one said, "I think DocE is bluffing."

He has made several statements, so this could be about a few things. It could also be complete BS from someone framing him. Thoughts?

I'm not "spinning" anything. But when the game is over and roles are all revealed, be sure to note that my role wasn't a wolf.
 
Vetash, as she told me, can PM Flagg, but only through the mods. Obviously she can also PM with members of her group (which include me, Chillbo and O Grady).

Im actually kind of flattered that you guys think I have the potential to be the main baddie considering this is my first WW game.

I would be highly amused, since I was voting to lynch you early in the game. But I doubt (no offense) that mods would not re-assign the roll if it randomly came up on someone who hadn't played before. Kinda hard to risk your big bad roles on an unknown quantity. I dunno. Maybe other mods are more faithful to the dice, but I'm pretty willing to shift things around when I roll up roles.

Someone is wrong, but it ain't me.
 
Can you communicate with certain roles thru then mods?

I have it under good authority that there is a wolf in Hemingford Home. Since it's most likely LIS was converted, I'll go with ***lynch LIS***

I have not discussed the game at all with dvm.... she was not talking with me about it and I have been busy and sick so I just left it

I have the flu (real one) and am not thinking fully clearly, but these are new mods and I see no reason for them not to randomly assign rolls since that is what is normally done, so I would not discount this coco person as a wolf... sorry but being a newb is not a get out of jail free card and it never has been

I am torn between ash and coco right now

That's not what I meant. I wouldn't reassign the role to spare the n00b. I'd reassign the role to spare the game. I mean, I wouldn't hand-select every role in the game or anything like that - I do follow the dice generally - but if I had a major bad guy who was central and critical to the game, I wouldn't let a n00b have the role.

My role is really damn straightforward. I'm Lloyd Henreid, who, per the mods, was a small-time crook turned murderer (apparently I went on a spree in the midwest). I was put in jail and rescued from jail by Flagg. I had one lynch avoidance (presumably a nod to my getting out of jail... clever, mods.) and there was "much awaiting me in the future". I assumed that since in the book I turn against Flagg, that's what that was a reference to.

There was nothing about PMing other people. I am not making a mistake. I don't know how or why you think I can PM OGrady and Chillbo, but you are flat-out wrong.

I would gladly give up Flagg if I had a clue who it was. The jackass silenced me yesterday, which is always annoying.

I have not started a brag. Soz. No brag coming this time.

The "much awaiting you" may indeed refer to conversion. Dyachei and I have definitely talked about that. But it hasn't happened yet, if that's the case.

You seer'd my role and drew the wrong conclusions.
