For those students who are interested in Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, there is an Open House on November 7th for the CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATE STUDIES IN BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES.

This program is a good idea for students who want more exposure to the sciences prior to entering medical school. It is a year long program. Many of the students from this program apply for and gain admission to PCOMs first year DO class after completion of the year long course of study.
A good back up plan for those who did not get accepted as well.
