just want to know for those who recently interviewed at Nova, do they do 1-on-1 or in a group interview?

One on one...well three on one actually.

But I interviewed at West Palm; I'm not sure if it's different for Davie.

3 on 1. They call you in one by one (so a lot of waiting). Three professors sit at a desk and you have your own desk facing them that is faar away from theirs so it makes it seem more formal than my other interviews. Definatly be prepared to explain your answers, I was kind of caught off guard because I had other interviews and no other place did this.
