Hi all,

So, this cycle has been a wild-ride of emotions and stress. So, starting the new year I will have attended 3 interviews and will be attending 2 more interviews in Jan. and Feb. So, 5 IIs total.. and have recieved 1 R.

Each of the schools I am waiting on has a post-II acceptance rate of >40%...but I just feel like at this point they are all for waitlists and am worried that none of them will translate into acceptances..

First off, should I be sending an update of my semester grades (earned a 4.0 this semester)? Or is that to trivial of an update?

Secondly, is it time to start prepping for a reapp?

Thank you 🙂

It is always time to be preparing for a reapp. Until you’re accepted, assume you won’t be and continue to improve your app.

prepare for a reapplication until an A in hand. did you apply late? maybe work on interview skills too.

A semester's worth of good grades are worth an update.

But make sure that the schools accept updates.

Have the schools you interviewed at started releasing decisions? Did they tell you when to expect a decision by? With 5 IIs and 40% post II accept rates i would definitely not panic in your position. As others say, just keep up the good work and wait and do well on your upcoming interviews

Hey Lucca, thanks for taking the time to reply.

My state school that I interviewed at a month ago just started releasing acceptances two weeks ago (mostly to earlier interviewees)..so still hopeful about that since they're still working through apps. The other one is SLU, and they said we'd hear back in 4-6 weeks...and im coming up on the 4 week mark since my interview, so I should hear back from them soon i believe.

But thank you! I guess I just need to be more patient.
