I'm guessing the 62 line/80 char limit includes the blank lines between paragraphs. You do use paragraphs right? They don't expect a giant block of text, do they?

I am not planning to indent, but I will use paragraphs if I have the space. Last year I didn't have space so I just started the paragraph on the next line (i.e. did not skip a line between paragraphs.) I had complements on my PS at both interviews so I guess its more content than format. Good luck!

when I spoke with Dr Kellaway she told me she'd prefer to see more of an indention on mine.

so I guess you can just use your own discretion
