I would say apply my general concensus from what i have seen on here is that its not about how you start but instead about how you finish. You also have a valid reason as to why you have those W's.

Go ahead & apply & in your personal statement say what you just did....how injury brought on the withdrawals, but led to passion for medicine. You've got great stats to help you get in the door.

Withdrawals are intended as non-academic/external reasons for not finishing courses. You have them for that reason and it simply needs to explained in 1 or 2 sentences (as you did here) in PS and secondaries. I would recommend it on PS else you risk leaving adcom with unanswered questions at to why the the Ws.
