What have you been doing during didactics thus far? Interviewing techniques, psychopharmacology, PRITE review?

at my program, we generally sweat and got upset because we knew that when we got back to our clinical site at 1 or 2pm the whole day's worth of work was still waiting for us.

But, our program included some very very basic psychopharmacology, intro to motivational interviewing, supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamics, substance abuse, and overviews of depression, anxiety, bipolar, and schizophrenia.

No formal prite review, but residents formed their own prite review groups...which interns were too tired to attend.

We've been doing psychopharm, emergency psych (suicide risk assessment, legal nitty gritty of EOD's, that sort of thing), overviews of basic major psychiatric illnesses, and a few weeks ago we started having an hour a week of PRITE review which consists of going over old PRITE questions as a group. I've really found our didactics pretty helpful.
