Is it too late to apply for August class? If not, which schools would i need to apply to that has any openings?

Probably too late... Someone says Scholl is still entertaining applications.

Yeah. I think Scholl is the only one that has seats, however, their interview dates were June 4th and June 11 I believe so even if you apply now, your application will take around 2 weeks to verify and process. By then, I am sure all the interviewers at the June 4 and 11 will have been offered any remaining seats.

I know for certain that Western, DMU, AZ, Barry and Ohio is full. I am also pretty sure NY and temple is near full or already full.

Never hurts to contact schools directly. If you are a qualified applicant, they may be willing to work with you

I personally didn't apply to Western so I don't know first hand. But I have met some people during interviews at other schools that said they were wait-listed at Western so I assumed Western was full.
