Top AOA IM programs?

Is IM training among AOA programs considered to be generally the same in quality between programs? I've had a few attendings tell me that I'll get the same training at my base as with anywhere else, had some tell me that big cities are best, and had some tell me that the best for hospitalist medicine are community, unopposed programs. I'd like to keep using OMT , which makes AOA more appealing. Thanks for any help, sorry if there's an obvious answer...I hear a lot of opposing advice.
