Which top 30 school accepts the most out of state applicants?

I know Ohio State is about half out of state students even though it is a public school.

Albany Medical College is another. They take tooooooooooo many from California.

The MSAR has Application, Interview and Matriculation data for both Resident and Non-resident applicants. I found it very useful in choosing schools.


University of Michigan also definitely fits the bill.
