TPR diag#4 question #12
I understand how alpha decay is not possible since the mass is less than 140, but choice c also makes sense since electron capture, captures an e and combines it with a proton to make a neutron. And neutron is neutral and it wouldn't be detected by the counter.
Can anybody explain?
