TPR science review - very thin booklet....

Anyone know if this booklet (about 15 pages) is more important than any of the other TPR material? I bought the hyperlearning course material off someone and didn't get a chance to ask questions unfortunately. I've been using the Science workbook a ton and not sure how much more time I'll have to get through anything else. Just wondering if i need to put this on the list of things to do?
