Transcript order telling me I dont need matching form

I ordered my transcript from one of the schools i attended, and the website had a drop down menu that had the AADSAS option, then it had a place where I could put my ADEA ID # and the bar code numbers on the matching form. It says they will provide this info to AADSAS with my transcript, and I don't need to send them the actual matching form. Anyone run into this?? I wanted to go ahead and attach it anyway, but there is nowhere to attach it. I'll call them tomorrow and get a fax number so they can send it anyways...makes me nervous.

Even if they didn't provide that info, your transcript will still be processed just fine.

@ziggy1104 I just ran into this problem as well with the service Credentials Inc. Did you end up faxing them the transcript matching form?? I called in today and they told me that they self generate this form, fill it out, and electronically sign your name. But it sounds a little suspicious that they can do this since they don't have my dentpin ID number which is one of the things on this form...

I didn't send the matching form since it was self-generated, but I did have to put in the bar code numbers and my ADA ID # with the transcript order. However, I ordered the transcript 6/2 and it still hasn't been placed on my app, but then again, neither have the others that did have the matching form. I think as long as they have the numbers they need (bar code num and ADA ID) you should be OK. They should be able to identify you through those

Just wanted to let you know that my transcript went through fine. It actually came through before the other ones lol.
