Yes, one sent to AMCAS with their own Transcript Form you download from your application (available now).

One sent to TMDSAS with their own personalized Transcript Form which you will be able to get after May 18th

Are you asking if you have to send transcripts to TMDSAS, and then another set to AMCAS separately? If so, then of course. They are two totally independent applications.

Or are you asking if you have to send two sets to TMDSAS, and then two sets to AMCAS for some reason? Sorry, just making sure I'm reading that right.
