Its best to call and ask the school itself.
There are some schools that accept fax copies or notarised photocopies but most insist on original copies sent thru ece.
Also ece charges a 30$ for the first additional copy and then I think $15 each for the rest so if are applying to multiple schools, first find out the names, the way they want to
u to send the report and then order thru ece,all at once so u pay the inital fee only once.
ece is generally accepted in most schools, some but not all will accept Wes. That too u should ask the school.
Hope this helps

hey guys.
I came to wonder how British/Indian grading system gets translated to the American GPA system. For example..60 or above in the British system is considered to be pretty satisfactory or above but it is like getting a D or even F in the American system.

I 've sent my transcript to ECE and i am a litte confused how they will work this out. Surely getting 60 in the British system doesn't mean getting D or F in the American system. I think there it is two different standards between those systems.

ANY COMMENTS? Please, help!!

it is a scoring system graded between a scale of 1-4

According to the american system ECE maintains a database of the average scores in your country of a particular univerisity. You get a 4.0 GPA for the maximum score reported in the ECE records. If your university has a high score of 80 % , a person with 80 % score would get a GPA 4. You would probably get a gpa of 3 if you have a score of 60 % . these values depend on each grading agency your points get cut if you fail a particular examintion.
Hope you got it
