Hello all!

I work for a company that creates realistic anatomical models for military training. We are currently working on a fasciotomy trainer which includes the superficial peroneal nerve. I was hoping I could pick your brains (well those of you who have taken gross anatomy) on what materials you think might simulate a nerve well? I have also taken gross anatomy, but I seem to be a little stumped on this one and would appreciate serious input!

Linguini was also my first thought! And I'm sorry, I don't understand the rest of your post? And thanks for the input!

Make sure the linguini is over cooked so it's mushy, not al dente.

A nerve stimulator might do the trick (if I had to make a wild guess).
