TSU Financial Aid?

Anyone starting TSU this fall and has already received their financial aid reward? I applied on time and my status is still pending...How long does it normally take?

If i were you, I'd personally go the fin. aid office and check to see what's going on and if there's anything missing. Then, come back again before school starts to double check!! I've already been awarded some loans and I've already done the online entrance interview. The lady told me to come back after i register for classses, because once you do that then they can give you your aid.

I've called fin aid and they say they still need my final transcripts....it's taking a bit longer bc everything was sent to the pharm dept and now I need them to send everything over to the undergrad admiss. office. I just went ahead and requesting my transcripts again so I didn't have to deal with a middle man. Hopefully this will speed things up a bit.

By the way, you said you've already received some loans...how long ago was that?

Hey I was wondering if any of you that got into TSU have gotten an apt. Where are you gonna live and whats a good area. I got accepted as well but I don't know where I should stay.

Did any of you guys apply for the scholarship. I heard the deadline has passed. i picked up the form but was to busy or should I say lazy to write the easy. I ended up not turning in my application.
So did any of you guys apply, I heard it is like 3k or something.
