Typical OMS associate contract?

I know every situation will be different but is there a middle of the road contract that can be anticipated upon completing OMS residency?

Salary/production? Years 1-5....

Hours?

Years to partner buy in/buy out?

here is what I anticipate will be my contract...
hours: way more than my coresidents
pay: less than 250, way less than my coresidents
loans: 435k, way more than my coresidents
kids: 4, way more than my coresidents

isn't academics appealing?! it's amazing what I'm willing to put up with in order to do fun surgery

Kudos to you, you are advancing the profession. Money isn't everything, you gotta be happy with the person you see in the mirror. I'm sure you will have a wonderful life either way. I'm there with you on the loans though 👎
