I called admissions this morning.
There is no change in OOS list.
I was told to call back next week.

Yeah so I found out about their policy on who they invite off the waitlist. So what they do is they look at the ratio of OOS to IS they have that are holding their acceptance at Wiconsin. They then will invite people on the OOS or IS list depending on who they need to adjust their ratio so that it is the right OOS to IS ratio. If that makes any sense.... I think the ratio that they are looking for is around 80% IS: 20% OOS
