Just got rejected for the 4th time from ucla

Hi everyone I applied this cycle and I was placed on the waitlist. I was wondering how many people got off the waitlist in previous years and if it's likely, looking to find some hope ):

I got waitlisted to ucla, was wondering if anyone in the past was in this situation and if you were offered acceptance after submitting a letter of intent? if so, I would really appreciate it if you can share the letter of intent with me so I can get an idea of how to write mine! TIA 🙂
