on the website it says your high school transcripts must be sent by the deadline (nov 1) but when i talked to someone on the phone they said it could be received with the application. i'm submitting my application today but i still have the transcripts with me. will they disqualify me?

The website seems to say:
Nov 1, 2006
* You must mail your UCSF Supplemental Application so that it is postmarked by this date.
* All transcripts must be received by PharmCAS and/or UCSF by this date. For details, see Checklist: Transcripts.

It looks like it says the transcripts should be AT the office by 11/1.
At the same time, I don't think they will automatically throw out your entire application just b/c you have not yet sent in your transcript, but keep in mind that they DO pay attention (somewhat) as to how well you follow instructions and follow up things that need attention to detail.

😕 😕 However, I'm not sure why you are sending your high school transcripts (since the required prerequisites courses are all undergraduate courses anyway...) I don't think they need to see your high school transcript. If you have AP credits they need to see the AP test score, which comes from the college board in New Jersey...

I'm pretty sure you do not need to send high school transcripts unless you are trying to get high school/AP classes to satisfy the prereq.

If you filled out the last form of the supplemental application, it will tell you whether or not you need to send a high school transcript based on if you already hold a degree or if you are/were a student in the UC system. I'm not sure because I didn't have to send any in, but I'm pretty sure anyone (not sure about UC students) who doesn't hold a degree had to send in their high school transcripts.
