I got the supplemental application. Finished the first part and payed the application fee. However, I can do the second part. Every time I try logging in the page just refreshes and stays at that same page. Anyone else have this issue?

Can't help you there but out of curiosity when did you receive the supplemental? When did they send you the application complete email?
