You don't understand. Even if I did go and get it removed forever..people would know that I did it. It's sort of like a woman getting an implant; she usually doesn't want anyone to know about it. My friends call me "unibrow-man"...what am I going to tell them when they see me without my huge unibrow?

Well, unlike the implants, there is no trace of former unibrow.. as if you had never had it. Your friends will get used to it. Besides, if you move out of town for med school, you are a new man... you can change your name, too, if you like.

Of all the things you could do to improve your appearance (working out, new outfits) plucking a few hairs has gotta be one of the easiest. Suck it up get rid of that unibrow, or stop complaining.

I hope you guys realize that this is a troll. If this were a picture of him, why would he host it on unibrowclub.com?

For anyone who has a Unibrow:

Def. shave it off...ASAP

LASER THAT SHI7 OFF RIGHT NOW! Who cares if people will notice that you shaved it off. If you keep it then you'll be teased about it for the rest of your life. If you shave it, you might be teased for a few days and then people will forget about it, they'll have nothing to make fun of you anymore. What are they gonna say "Oh look, it's that kid who removed his unibrow, what a loser"? No, they'll just forget about it. Also, the title of the thread implies that you want to do it for the interview, the interviewer is not even going to know that you had one, so your argument fails there. Stop being such a pansy, the people who make fun of you for shaving it deserve to be made fun of, and you shouldn't take their insults to heart because they're the losers, not you.

its your fault for being an idiot. i would have a light unibrow too if i didnt shave between my eyes every time i had to shave my face. you should have recognized the problem way back and acted on it. now you dont even know what your natural eyebrow shape looks like.

GOOD ONE

dude, people may joke for a month or two... but trust me, you'll feel much better and in the end, you're not going to care what they say. sometimes it's uncomfortable, but you have to be able to laugh at yourself! joke back with them about getting it done. at least you will have had the courage to do it! you have no reason to be ashamed of getting this issue taken care of. What a relief it will be!!!

does anybody read a whole thread before posting? or check dates? pay attention to detail people. :smack:

Do it! You should see it like any other hair... if it's not pretty take care of it. That's why women shave their legs and Men shave their beards (some more than others). The point is to have a look that you are most comfortable in.

As to the issue of not wanting to have a unibrow one day and not the next... do it between semesters at school. People in your classes don't know you and your friends will get used to the new you in less than a week.

my bf lets me pluck his, but i never said that.

Just go get it waxed. Tell them you don't want your brows shaped you just want to have 2 eyebrows instead of one.

Also, the people making fun of you (at least the girls) are trying to peer pressure you into getting rid of it because they know it will look good. If you got it done you'd probably finally get some action with one of them who wanted you but didn't want to be dating thor the one eyebrowed caveman

Definitely just wax it! It makes one look more attractive in a few seconds flat.

YES YES YES YES!

It will make you feel great about yourself, and that will heighten your confidence and improve your interviews dramatically.

imo the problem is entirely in your head and it is NOT a big deal, but if it boosts your confidence, absolutely go for it!

I'm guessing you're just making fun of premeds who freak out about every little thing before an interview? In that case, touche troll.

But if that's NOT what you're doing then I suggest you shave it, wax it, pull it, lawnmower it or whatever else strikes your fancy.

Would you rather want to be known as the "unibrow guy" all through residency, or just "the guy who used to have a unibrow" for a couple of weeks.

The ball is in your court naked unibrow man.

P.S
👍 to this thread
I haven't seen a thread this..."unique" in a long time
