Did she mention if they are done with OOS and going to IS applicants now?
 
If you have been interviewed and are waiting for calls of acceptance, I would not automatically assume you have been rejected! In fact I have talked to a few people who got rejection emails today. If you haven't received one then there is hope!

The calling process takes days. Just because you don't hear today doesn't mean you wont hear tomorrow or the next day!
Especially for CU, the email the dean sent said so also.

There is still plenty of time in the cycle! You'll all get your call soon!

Interviews? There will definitely be more interviews coming as not all seats fill this round of acceptances (most people will have multiple offers and decline schools including CU which will open up more seats)
There is no way CU will not send out post-dec interviews!

I felt horrible for my friend too. But I'm not gonna lie, I felt the exact same way this morning. Then sure enough, a few hours later I got my call!
Which is why I say unless you have an official rejection sitting in your inbox don't loose hope!!!
Just got to hang in there!
If they are really going alphabetical then there is a long way to go yet! (as my last name starts with an H, and I got the call a couple hours ago)
 
Did anyone get emails today? I got a call with my acceptance but a haven’t received an email.

The SDN thread from last year showed some more acceptances around a week later after decision day, I think. I'm crossing my fingers that they will be calling either today or tomorrow though since this cycle is so much different than anyone has seen before.

i hope so too since they sent that email saying they were going to send acceptances up until january

Hey! Yes so Crystal has made a class of 2025 facebook group. But its via invitation only. Once you submit your tuition deposit and accept the offer, the subsequent confirmation email will have the link for the group.

I am also in the same boat as everyone! I interviewed September 24th and am in state. I'm trying to patiently wait since Colorado is my top choice. Crossing my fingers for all of us that we hear something soon ❤️
 
Hey all!
Ok so I know for a fact that you will get the specific emails for waitlist/acceptance/rejection. If you haven't heard anything I'd say that's probably a good thing! It means you are still in active consideration for an acceptance!

I'm sure they're waiting for deposit day at this point to see how many people from the first wave of acceptances refuse their offer and open a seat up. I wouldn't loose hope! unless you get an official rejection letter don't lose hope! :happy:

I'm not sure. I would imagine so considering they have sent out both rejections and acceptances... but they could be waiting to draft their waitlist until after deposit day? I don't know.
I do know for certain that they sent out a round of rejections (a couple of friends from the dat bootcamp fb group).
So I guess at the very least there is some small comfort in not being immediately rejected :shrug:

My earlier comment was speaking more to the earlier comments in the conversation where people were trying to figure out where they stand. As in, if you haven't gotten an acceptance or rejection I wouldn't assume you're waitlisted. Cu is direct with their emails.

I guess there never really is a way we'll know exactly what goes on in the decision process of these admission committees, but hopefully all of you will hear back with good news soon!! I am rooting for y'all :happy:

They sent the email saying that they are done with december interviews and will start up in January, but yea they are probably waiting to see how many spots are left after the deposit deadline. Fingers cross!

So I will say as far as the facebook group is concerned, there are ~35-40 people there, BUT not all of them have actually joined and were just 'invited'. I was only able to join after I placed my deposit, so perhaps these numbers would change after the 15th.
