I am just waiting to here back from Regis University. I will know if I am accepted by Friday. I am leaning towards CU but I just want to know my options before I commit.

How will you know that about your acceptance at Regis? Did they tell you exactly how long it will be to find out? Just curious since I will be interviewing there at the end of March.

Yes, I interviewed on February 10th. They told us that we would know one way or another in two weeks. So that will be this Friday. It was a very interesting interview process. Good Luck!!!

are you in state or out of state. I interviewed on 01/27 too but I havent heard back anything. I did pretty bad in the interview since the my interviewer is pretty tough. Man!!! I hope i didnt get rejected

Just got my acceptance email today, interviewed 1/13 - it took them quite a while to get back to me, so anyone still waiting to hear shouldn't give up hope.

Right now, just deciding between UNC and Denver. Hopefully you hear back soon!
When I applied, I didn't hear until mid-march that I got accepted. I also interviewed in January, so if you haven't heard by now don't panic. I don't think I saw many people on the forum last year that applied and didn't get accepted. Also, I was out of state. I have a feeling they review in-state first but that is just a guess.

I interviewed early December and I have not heard back at all. I think I'm out of the running here. My academic update is done on Pharmcas so they should receive that in a week. I had about 5-6 pre req classes left. I finished most of them in the fall so hopefully that makes a difference.

I had my interview with Denver Feb 10th and still waiting to hear back from them. Above average GPA and decent PCAT but no degree 🙁

I'm excited to be interviewing with Regis this month and I was wondering if any of the current students had any advice to prepare for this process. I've skimmed through all the threads and I feel confident knowing that the university takes the personality and passion of the candidate highly into consideration. I'm also curious to know more about the Jesuit tradition and customs instilled through the college. I am a Catholic myself, however I am not very familiar with Jesuit practices.

Same here. This waiting game is killing me!! I've been checking my email every hour. lol. How do you think your interview went? I keep replaying mine in my head and I can't seem to remember exactly how well I answered some things. The nerves were getting to me. Ah well, I'm sure I did my best. I'm just hoping that my eight years of pharmacy experience will be a big help.

Sorry for the late reply, but I am in state, and I attend school at CU Denver. I applied to Wyoming and CU, and had interviews for both, but I withdrew my application to Wyoming after I was admitted to CU.

I think my interview went pretty well. I mean I was nervous, but then again the interviewers were so nice it's hard to gauge how it really went you know? Are you in-state or out?

I'm in-state. Colorado native. My interview was hard because it was in a tiny office and there was a really bright window right behind one of the interviewers. I assume everyone had the same sort of set up though, since they held the interviews in the faculty offices.
I just wanted everyone to know that I was reading on USnews and found this article http://www.usnews.com/education/blo...est-graduate-schools-rankings-launch-march-13 which means hopefully, a new pharmacy school rankings will be available on March 13, 2012. From the third paragraph it says: "This year, new peer assessment surveys were conducted and new rankings will be published online for the health specialties of occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, social work, audiology, speech-language pathology, and clinical psychology, as well as for public affairs and fine arts"

I believe they re-review early applicants as well as late applicants and decide last couple interview invites..so hope is not all lost!!

So from my understanding of the situation based on the people I've talked to thus far, CU is doing another round of interviews before they send out the acceptance letters fpr the Feb interviewees. This sucks for me because I've only applied to CU and Wyoming and I was accepted to Wyoming. However, I need to reply by the 19th before they revoke my acceptance and I have a feeling CU won't reply to me by then... Why won't you send out your acceptance letters sooner CU!?!?!

Wow. I wonder why they are taking that long to give results for the Feb. interview. I have an interview this Fri. the 16th. From the email that CU sent me, I believe that this is the last interview date for CU. Do guys have any tips besides the ones that are posted?

you are right, it is taking too long. And if they dont make any decisions this week, then we all have to wait till the first or second week of april since spring break is next week.

I was accepted way back in October, but I wanted to give everyone still waiting an update.
I received an email yesterday notifying me that I have a prerequisite left to fulfill (which I am currently taking) and must give them a response by April 1st whether I will be completing the course by the end of the spring semester. The email goes on to say that if I do not get in touch with them by April 1st my seat will be given to another candidate.
This email leads me to believe that if you are still waiting you may indeed be waiting until the first week of April.

I interviewed on 03FEB and received my acceptance on 17FEB.

Interviewed 1/13, accepted 2/13. Received an email last week asking to confirm by April 1 that I was completing my pre-reqs and would still be attending this fall.
It is obvious that they are still sorting through the applications, and some people may decline at some point too.

I am guessing the first week of April. My step brother interviewed two weeks after me and he hasn't heard from them yet. From the people I've talked to early April is when they'll give out the rest of the acceptance letters. Good luck!
