I applied to USA's DPT program. I know USA is a private school and supposedly costs more, but if you look into it it's ~11 grand a trimester. There are 7 trimesters so it should cost roughly $77,000 just for tuition. I have a couple friends going to public schools and their tuition came out to $78,000. How is that more expensive than other schools? Maybe additional costs are what I am missing but this seems similar to other schools in cost for tuition. Has anyone gone to USA and has a realistic figure to offer of what I should expect?

ALSO. I know this is a bit random, but in the classes, is the minimum grade a student can receive a C+? I've heard different things. Thank you!!

Expect to pay $80k for books, miscellaneous fees (vaccinations, tools), and tuition. My latest tuition was $11,500. They raise it several hundred dollars every year, but I would estimate $80k.

The lowest grade you can receive is a C, or 70%. This is an advantage because some schools will dismiss students who get anything less than a B. USA is not that harsh.

Thanks for all the great info. I've read quite a few good posts from you about USA and definitely appreciate it. Any advice or info for a prospective USA student, I start in January

Most people graduate with at least 80 to 90,000 in debt, but those people have a spouse or family helping them out. One guy graduated with at least 120 to 130,000 in debt due to living expenses and whatnot. Good luck!
