Hey guys I'm new here. I already did a search, but still can't decide between UW and VM.

Are there any current residents here who are willing to either post here or PM me? I'd like to know why you chose one over the other, what you think of your program so far, etc...

I'm an m4 who did a month at UW and interviewed plus "second look" at VM.

I desperately want to go back to Seattle, so I am happy that I like both programs.

The reason that I picked VM over UW is because the VM Categorical program is much better than the UW Categorical (just from talking to residents).

Ranking the Advanced spots was a lot harder (I feel that UW has better overall training, but that VM has better hours/call and a better atmosphere, not to mention all that regional stuff).

Hard decisions, but can't go wrong with either!
