Unmotivated . . . can't concentrate . . . what illness is this?

Ok - just a couple more months and it all starts. I'm finding it more and more difficult to concentrate at work. (obviously, since I'm on SDN instead of programming ). Anyone know what this is called? Any cure for it, or can one that's been infected just ride it out?
