UOP Hold Before Interview

For those who already got into UOP in the past, or for those who are reapplicants (or who know people in either case)...

Is there anyone who got invited to an interview at UOP after being put on hold? I hope it is clear I am not talking about being waitlisted after an interview..but specifically the letter in the mail that says you are on hold until the end of the cycle. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!!🙂

This is kinda of tricky because what I think is meant is that they have filled all the interview seats....They are probably waiting to see who will show up to the interviews and who will accept offers...basically they are waiting also, and because there are sooooooo many applicants they have to put some people on hold.......When did you apply and what tier was you...What are your stats?

yes, i did receive a letter that placed me on hold a while ago. i am a second tier applicant. my stats are kind of low so maybe that is why, but i am not sure. with the many people they are placing on hold and waitlist i just doubt they will even give us a chance.

Yea, that's they're way of waitlisting people. Don't give up hope just yet. A good number of people still get pulled off the list.

Are you talking about the deferral letter? I received that some time ago. The letter said that my app would be reviewed again in Jan (something like that). Not sure how to feel about it.. I suppose we'll just have to wait and find out. 🙁
