I submitted my CAF on 9/9/04. Since then I have started a new research project and more volunteering. Is there a way to get this updated information out to the programs via ERAS? If not then how?
 
I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can add anything to your CAF once it's submitted. You can change your phone # or email address because I had to do this. I think you will just have to send an individual email to each program so they can add the information to your file. I'd be sure to mention it during your interview as well.
 
You could also try to have your dean include it in the dean's letter. I ran into the same thing - I was asked to present at a national conference... several days after I submitted the CAF. DOH!

I just emailed the dean, and she said she'd be happy to mention it.

I don't know if it would apply to your case, but I'd definitely talk it up at interviews if nothing else.
