Updating dental school application

Hi
Should I email schools to look at at my second transcript b/c i updated my application with another transcript
I want them to look at my summer course grades. Can I do that ? I’m only asking bc I know schools don’t really want students to email them.

I believe the schools are updated already when you update your application.
