Updating Grades

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I updated with my spring grades, because those weren't included with my AMCAS.

do spring grades really need to be updated, unless they ask for them?

It was my personal preference. I wanted them to regard all 6 semester of my work, and not just 5.

I plan to send an update; 24 credits of hopefully all 4.0s should help out a bit! (And transcripts from my school are sent no charge, yippee!)

AMCAS does not accept transcript updates for "up-coming/future" grades that you listed on your primary. They do, however, accept grade changes if you did report those grades. Just to let you know, save you time, money, etc.

What if I just got 14 credits worth of 4.0s at a community college that was not part of my original application because I hadn't started when I submitted my primary? Should I send transcripts to the schools individually?

I'd call and ask; that's my plan come October, to send updated coursework (and beg for interview).

When did you take the stuff? You can call AMCAS and ask them if it was taken a while ago and you forgot, because technically it's an obligation to reveal them.
