Updating Medical Schools about employment after submitting Secondaries

I am currently in the process of looking for employment for my gap year. For the secondaries that ask about my activities, I was wondering if it would be okay to say something the lines of "currently looking for employment and will provide updates later" Should I go with that option or should I hold off submitting my secondaries until I get employed somewhere?

I am still involved in other activities such as volunteering and publishing case studies.

If a job is likely in a week or so I guess you could wait but if you are looking I’d submit the secondaries and update sometime in the future if schools takes updates.
