Question about updating medical schools

Hi! I'm thinking about sending schools an update about a poster presentation I gave a couple weeks ago. Does anyone know how I should go about this? Should I attach a pdf of my poster or just write a letter explaining my poster? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Was this poster at a national or international meeting? If it was at your own school for a student conference, it's not likely to move the needle.
