Updating Prereq Grades

So I have two questions about updating grades. I just want to make sure I'm going about this the correct way.

1) I just finished up Microbio, so once the grades get released, I'm supposed to request a transcript and enter them into AADSAS, but should I also send an email to the schools? I was thinking about doing that for the schools that have it as a required course, but they'll get the academic update through AADSAS, so is that a good idea?

2) Some of the schools I applied to require Anatomy&Physio, and I've only taken upper div physio during undergrad. I indicated that I was going to take it at my local CC, but will they not even consider me for an interview until I've finished anatomy?

The schools I've contacted said they consider me for an interview even if not all prereqs are completed at the time of submission. Just be sure to plan taking it and mention it during interviews

Okay thank you! I wasn't sure if I should try and take it this semester (which means I couldn't work) or if I can wait to see if I need to at all.
